Birthday preparations

We were in charge of the dessert for the combined birthday party tonight for Alan and Jenny (his Dad's wife), so we spent the morning making cupcakes and frosting. Our super babysitter Anna came over in the afternoon so I could clean and run a couple of errands, so the kids got to spend some quality time outside running around. I even got my hair cut! Yes, the small things bring me great enjoyment sometimes.
